About the Retreat
Complete Retreats™ are fully immersive, small-group healing experiences based on The Complete Method™: An Optimized Holistic Wellness Approach. Designed to support the whole person, these retreats create a safe, supportive environment for integrative healing of the mind, body, and soul.

Founded and facilitated by Megan Lambert, LCSW-R, and Rachel Williams, MSPT, each retreat weaves together trauma-informed therapeutic integration and somatic bodywork to support emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and physical release.

Complete Retreats™ are intentionally designed as intimate group experiences, allowing each participant to grow, heal, and explore their inner journey at their own pace. Through shared experiences, meaningful connection, and a strong sense of community, participants leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply connected—to themselves and others.

Complete Retreats™ aren’t just attended—they’re lived.
Meet The Instructors
Rachel Williams, MSPT
Co-founder, PCWC
Rachel Miller Williams, MSPT, is an expert John F. Barnes Myofascial Release therapist. She established PCWC for patients who want their whole selves to feel better.

Guided by a holistic patient-centered approach, she and her team use the power of human touch to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Rachel Miller has been crafting her blend of Human-Touch Therapy (HTT) for more than 15 years.

Utilizing continuing education seminars and mentorship sessions, Rachel continually advances her clinical knowledge and skills to optimize patient experience and outcomes, healing thousands of people in the process.
Megan Lambert, LCSW-R
Co-founder, PCWC
Megan Lambert, LCSW-R is a psychotherapist, mindfulness practitioner, and healer with over two decades of experience guiding people through meaningful personal transformation.

Megan’s approach blends radical acceptance and mindfulness, neuroscience-based insight, and intentional behavioral change to drive towards a true, deep, embodied healing that only occurs when the nervous system, mind, and lived experiences are addressed together. Her goal is not simply to help people cope—but to help them become more fully themselves.

She has spent the past 15 years working with adults navigating pivotal life transitions, including identity exploration, relationship changes, menopause, body acceptance, releasing perfectionism, and shifts in career or purpose.

Her work has been nationally recognized through awards and conference presentations, including the Union Square Social Justice Award for her advocacy with LGBTQ+ youth.
